| The thick walls made of earth and stone ensure a constant temperature of 10° - 14°C.
| The walls (CQI cellular insulant, measuring 5 cm) and the temperature control systems (NeoFresh or Twin Process) guarantee a constant temperature (10° - 14°C).

The rugged stone walls and ceilings :
- capture humidity in the air,
- guaranteeing an ideal level of hygrometry – greater than 50%.
Excess humidity is regulated and evacuated by the gravel floor.
The exclusive hygrometry preservation and management systems (NeoFresh or Hygro+) combined with the SRA aluminium walls guarantee an ideal level of hygrometry – greater than 50%.

The thick walls provide excellent thermal insulation.
The darkness of the cellar protects the wine from harmful U.V. rays, in this way preventing premature deterioration of your wine.
The CQI walls form an optimal thermal barrier.
Furthermore, EuroCave cabinets protect your wine from light owing to their solid doors or glass doors with U.V. protection.

| A permanent ventilation system

| The EuroCave solution...
| The constant circulation of air is obtained by a difference in pressure between a door held ajar and an air vent.
| The constant circulation of slow flowing filtered air is obtained by the difference in pressure between 2 openings in the cabinet.
| An anti-vibration system

| The thickness of the walls and the location of a natural cellar constitute a very effective barrier against external vibrations.
The original VES (Vibration Exclusion System) system was designed to absorb vibrations, which have a detrimental effect on the wine maturing process.
